Resilience Montreal’s inclusive, supportive environment fosters dignity, healing, and resilience for all community members.
Resilience Montreal is a vital collaboration between the Native Women’s Shelter of Montreal and Nazareth Community, designed to provide low-barrier services to anyone in need. This program is committed to offering essential services such as food, shelter, mental health support, and medical care. In addition, it connects individuals to a range of other important resources to help them regain stability and improve their well-being.
Our Goal
To provide immediate, low-barrier support to individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, and other vulnerabilities. Through our comprehensive range of services, we aim to empower individuals to overcome barriers and build a pathway to stability and healing.
What We Offer
Food and Shelter:
Providing meals and safe spaces for those in need.
Mental Health Support:
Offering access to mental health professionals and therapy to support emotional and psychological well-being.
Medical Support:
Providing essential health services to ensure physical wellness and care.
Resource Access:
Connecting individuals with a wide variety of community resources, including housing support, addiction services, and legal aid.
